Rachel Reight is Co-Managing Partner with a practice focused on labor and employment law, with special emphasis on the educational sector and unionized workplaces. With a background that spans legal advocacy, teaching, and nonprofit leadership, Ms. Reight brings a multifaceted and strategic approach to advising public-sector and education clients.

Professional Profile

Ms. Reight advises unions and public employees on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including representation of teachers and support staff, contract negotiation, grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, employee discipline/licensure, and employment discrimination matters. Drawing on her practical experience at the intersection of education law and labor relations, she is known for delivering clear, pragmatic counsel to public employees and employee associations navigating complex legal frameworks.



In addition to her litigation and advisory practice, Ms. Reight has extensive experience representing teachers, faculty associations, and public-sector unions in matters of collective bargaining, contract enforcement, and professional rights. She works closely with union leadership teams on governance, grievance strategy, and long-term workforce planning, ensuring that organizational objectives align with both legal requirements and member priorities. Her dual experience as counsel and labor strategist enables her to guide clients through complex negotiations and policy structures while strengthening workplace stability and professional advocacy. She is a frequent speaker at workshops for public educators, school employees, and county developmental disabilities board employees.
