Abbey Bashor serves as an Associate Attorney in the Labor & Employment and Education Law practice group, where she brings a strong commitment to advocacy, strategic problem solving, and client focused service.

Professional Profile

Ms. Bashor advises and represents clients in a wide array of labor and employment matters, with special emphasis on the educational sector and unionized workplaces. Her practice encompasses representation of teachers’ and support staff organizations, advising public sector employees, contract negotiation support, grievance resolution, and employment discrimination matters. She is particularly adept at helping labor relations teams navigate complex issues such as collective bargaining, licensing/licensure matters, employee discipline.
